College counselors are an important backbone of the undergraduates'ideological and political work, are the guiders of their studies and ideology. Counselors'qualities affect the efficiency of undergraduates'ideological and political work. Qualities are classified as individual quality and group quality. Group quality is an interrelation and interaction of the unity, which according to certain structure mode and permutation order of individual quality.
