Educating The Girls In Puberty Period Based On Community Workers Connect With School

According to the activities of educating girls in puberty period, I have found the girls are in a special period when they are forming their own philosophy and sense of worth. Not only they have sexual philosophy and psychological development ahead, but also they have an unclear sexual sense of worth, a weak ability of self protection and are indifferent social traditional moral consciousness.Recently, there are several teaching patterns in domestic education system, such as school-based education, moral education infiltration, the education of family connect with school, the education of school connect with social organization and so on. During these patterns, there are some soft spots. For example, we don't have much ability in school-based education; there are no topics in moral education; there are lots of differences in the education of family connect with school; as for school connects with social organization, there are some limits. I experienced the education of girls in puberty period with community workers. And we did a questionnaire survey with girls in puberty period, school administration, Grade prospectors, head teachers and Psychological consultation teachers. We also interviewed with some of them. And then we have a result that school community workers play an important role in connecting school with society!School community workers can involve into the schools management as the third role. They can be the role as a service transmitter, resource developers, educator, and exponent. While the students really need these roles in their growing up. Besides, school community workers involve into school management, which can relieve the teachers' pressure. And the community workers can help teachers free from playing some roles and the high pressure from society.There are two research values on my thesis. First, in theory it elucidates the recent situation and problem in the education of girls in puberty period, base on the research of educating girls in puberty period. The thesis analyses the problems and has theoretical discussion. Second, my thesis provide some research proofs about the school community workers involve into school management, which are based on the practice of community worker in educating girls in puberty period. The proofs also base on the community workers'function, the area of work, their professional ways and advantage.
