The Research On Spare Time Management Of Normal University Students

In recent years, with the development of society , the education reform and the spare time increasing, the spare time management is particularly important for students. Normal university students to spare time management level directly related to their ability of development and the improvement of life quality. And because normal university students are very special groups, they will enter the primary and secondary school teachers team after graduation,their spare time management patterns may affect the students who have not developed maturely in physical and mental aspects. So studying the spare time management of normal university students is to find the problems in their management process and the causes, providing countermeasures for them to make good use of spare time so as to improve their time management level and quality of life.In the process of research I mainly use the literature survey, the interview survey and the questionnaire survey. Based on collected literature analysis, the spare time of normal university students not only has objectivity, but also can't be stored. It also has fair equity, freedom, autonomy and individuality characteristic. Meanwhile, it is of great value for students development of managing their spare time, not only helps improve their time planning ability, to plan for the execution on time and to improve time management skill, but also can improve availability, make life more colorful, so as to improve the quality of life.Through interview and questionnaire, the survey found the knowing and attitudes of normal university students about spare time management: most students think that they should manage, plan and reflect their spare time; entertainment activities and learning activities time should be reasonably distributed; personal time management ideas and ability is the main effection factors; they hope school guide them through the combination way of courses, teachers and activities; but there are still a part of students who ignore the importance of spare time management , school education condition and material resources; they can't understand correctly the spare-time and have a wrong view on purpose and value of spare time management. In their spare time arrangement and management: normal university students think that their spare time is abundant; spare-time activities is very rich and varied, but with entertainment type activities primarily, activities objective tend to develop their own interests and sent boring time; they have a certain management consciousness but management ability is insufficient. In his spare time management evaluation aspects:the majority of students for spare time management situation did not satisfy and think that in the courses of management exist a lot of problems. Specific displays in: students often regard spare time as entertainment break time or learning time, cannot be a proper union; ignore spare time important function to develop interest hobby, further study to expand knowledge and rich social experience; the concept of saving time is not strong, the phenomenon of wasting time is serious, they often spend time on individual mental and physical development meaninglessly without purpose prattle, playing games, sleeping and so on; they don't set goals and plans or methord scientifically. They don't work in order, and they also have unreasonable distribution, low efficiency; the goals and plans are often difficult to implement because of their poor executive function; they don't reflect and conclude the spare time management situation; can't effectively use the material resources of the school time to manage these training courses, organize various activities, part-time teacher education condition and the surrounding facilities and activities and so on. Further statistical analysis shows that different sexes, grades, professional, domestic places, school types and whether student cadres, whether the single child in the spare time management aspects there exist significant differences.Therefore, normal university students should manage their spare time efficiently. First, to improve the understanding of the spare time management, including establish correct spare time management notion;to strengthen time management knowledge learning. Followed by mastering the scientific management methods, including when set goals how to master the principles and the strategy of achieving the goals, write down reasonable plans, determining the priority to arrange time; through strengthening self-discipline, overcoming procrastination, learning to refuse and entrust the others, summarize reflection. Finally, to establish a spare time management support system, including emphasizing school education resources, making full use of the advantage of surrounding people and material.
