China's secondary vocational education is an important component of modern education system, the graduates from secondary vocational school will become the major force in the socialist modernization drive. Vocational school students are not only to learn professional knowledge, master skills, but also to constantly improve their ideological and moral qualities in order that they are able to become qualified builders of socialism. It is the school's the historic task to undertake training students with lofty ideals, a strong political ambitions, strong technical expertise, innovative spirit and ability with talent. This requires that students in vocational education schools should be comprehensive, they are not only taught modern science and technology but cultural knowledge and professional skills are needed. And it is necessary to strengthen their ideological and moral cultivation. Therefore, strengthening the ideological and moral education in vocational schools is an important part of moral education, and it is far-reaching to study the ideological and moral education in vocational schools. This text analyzed the charasteristics of vocational students on the ideological and moral situation and also explained the causes of the formation on them. At the same time,it stated the implementation of moral education on model innovation. It combined the main problems and reasons on moral teaching, pointed out the mode of moral education in vocational schools. It is required that schools should follow the practice in the principles of innovation, the main principle, the principle of integrating theory with practice. Finally, there was detailed description of the moral model innovation in vocational schools in the major initiatives in the text. Our mainly task is to establish the correct moral teaching objectives, focus on the characteristics of vocational education, grasp moral construction in the various disciplines in the teaching and make good use of community activities. We should stick to the moral education of students first, making the actual needs of students, and also will continue to explore new practice in the moral way to sum up the moral laws of science, moral model of continuous innovation.
