Moral reform is related to the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools in Jilincould raise moral lessons, related to personnel training in secondary vocational schools in Jilinideological and political quality is qualified, Jilin Province in relation to vocational students’ideological and moral quality of employment whether the employer requirements. Research onMoral Education reform in the Marxist theory can enrich the educational theory, for theestablishment of the system of secondary vocational schools in Jilin moral teaching strategiesto provide a theoretical proposal; in practice can promote the improvement of the quality ofteaching in vocational schools to ensure students into society have good moral professionalquality, and promote full employment of labor in the province of youth, maintaining socialstability in Jilin Province.From the perspective of moral teaching, the questionnaire survey, literature and historicalanalysis, the basic principles of Marxism under the guidance of Mark, combined with thepractical needs of economic development of education in Jilin, Jilin Province, secondaryvocational schools based on the current realities and secondary vocational school students onthe basis of their quality, Present Status of moral teaching in secondary vocational schools,causes problems and issues arising explore the need for specific measures and reform ofsecondary vocational schools in Jilin moral teaching reform.The present dissertation consists of five parts, including introduction and four chapters:The Introduction part introduces the research questions, research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad, research content, research method and innovation.Chapter One presents some theories of the Moral education in secondary vocational schools.Based on the investigation on the introduction of the System from Marxism’s classic authors,scholars at home and abroad, who conducted the explanations on education, youth educationand life ideological education, it theoretically takes macro-control of educational theory andlays a solid theoretical foundation for the further discussion by means of the definitions of thesecondary vocational schools, moral education, moral education in secondary vocationalschools and other concepts concerned.Chapter Two, based on the analysis of the current situations, their problems and causes,influences and the reform on the System, points out the necessities in the reform of the System.so it could not effectively solve the problem will have a great effect on quality of teaching moral lessons, the whole teaching of secondary vocational schools, ideological and moralqualities of students, student Employment and further on the social stability in Jilin.Chapter Three makes a research on domestic and international experience and the basicprinciples to moral teaching reform of secondary vocational school, it reflect Targeted,thetimes and effectiveness of reforms.Chapter Four explores the reform measures combined with economic and educationalstatus of the development of Jilin Province. Changes in teaching moral philosophy, build a newconcept of moral education curriculum, application of information technology teachingmethods, improving the moral teaching methods, rich moral teaching content and innovativeteaching methods, sound moral teaching evaluation system. The purpose is to improve thequality of moral teaching secondary vocational schools in Jilin.
