With the social progress and development, character education has drawn more and more attention. Healthy personality has become an important indication and potential power of civilized progress level about a person, a group or a nation. And creativity and competition has become the main feature of the contemporary society. The social characteristics require not only who is capable and learned but also talents with high quality. Students in senior high school form a special group, most of whom have nearly entered the ranks of the adults at school, so character education for them is particularly urgent and important. To meet the needs of the development of modern society, we should pay attention to character education in high school and students in demonstrative high school have obvious psychological particularity, thus more targeted approaches to management are required. The head teacher is the core of class management and the actual carrier of the educational task. Therefore, intend to solve a large number of students'personality problems in demonstrative schools, we should vigorously research the teachers'management strategies and make them play active roles in class management to make contribution to prevent, reduce and solve the personality issues in demonstrative high schools.In this thesis, I adopt investigation and case method and on the basis of inspecting the psychological status of high school students the Leshan first middle school, I analyzed the problems of students'personality and issues incompatible with students'psychological characteristics in the current management of classroom. Through analysis, I finally proposed the major strategy to improve classroom management in demonstrative high school.Through above analysis, I conclude that we should take the following management strategies:⑴Insist on principles such as "people oriented ","reasonable and legitimate"," intimacy within a certain distance " ,"psychological tactics " and innovate class management conception.⑵maintain "zero distance emotional communication", " zero deviation of service center of gravity "" caring heart with zero gap " to improve the management of the class teacher, to create harmonious class unity and student-centered teaching mode, create a good atmosphere to advance the healthy development of students.⑶Construct teacher-student communication patterns to promote the diversification of class management.⑷use a variety of ways and team training mode in class management to show character education.
