Empirical Study On Employment Effects Of Social Capital On College Students

With the effect of college admissions began to take shape, University of penetration increase significantly. However, the employment problem appears of generated, the obvious phenomenon is that the employment pressure on high school students up and up, and hard to find a job in recent years. The study describes the impact on employment, by using the social capital theory, and put forward some proposals with the specific conditions of China, in order to discuss the positive and negative effects of employment with social capital on college students, and also to help students understand the social capital, find a job early in the last.Based on the advanced theories and research methods of abroad, by granting the questionnaire, studying the literature, analyzing the mathematical statistics, and the reasoning interpretation, finally, I give a systematic analysis of the employment of college students. The literature including domestic and foreign research literature review, theory, mathematical statistics; and the deductive reasoning including sample statistical analysis, sample analysis, deductive reasoning, including impact analysis, countermeasures, etc.First, review the main social capital theory abroad, combined with the point on domestic theoretical of social capital, and make a summary outline of previous studies on the research objects and methods, especially the classical theory.Second, issued "a questionnaire with social capital on the employment of college students" in Liaoning Province conducted a survey of college graduates (main the Dalian University of Technology) in 2010, and gives an empirical analysis. Mainly from the affects of relationship between human capital and social capital, the utilization of social capital, the expectation of employment units, the future planning, and the confidence of employment.Finally, based on the empirical analysis, we found the relationship between human capital and social capital, the effects of social capital on the expectation of employment units, the future planning, and the confidence of employment of college graduates. At last, the countermeasures and suggestions were given from the point of government, universities, families and each person.
