New course reformation have been going on for nearly ten years and has achieved certain progress, but in the curriculum reform in practice there are many problems, Such as the technical level unequal to the change request, especially in the course content to understand, lack of science courses, let alone in the course to guide the course of conduct. This to the teacher specialization development, reforms the practice to the curriculum the smooth advancement to be extremely disadvantageous. In our country's rural area teacher curriculum manifests deficiently prominently. The success or failure of the countryside curriculum reforms relates the overall situation, but the primary education is in an entire life education important stage, therefore how the countryside elementary school teacher's curriculum will directly affects the sense of how comprehensive and sustained development of the individual and the smooth progress of curriculum reform. This research is in the rural primary school teachers on the basis of questionnaires and interviews, understand the current situation of rural primary school teachers'consciousness, analysis of factors influencing the formation of rural primary school teachers'consciousness and put forward effective ways to promote the development of rural primary school teachers'consciousness.This thesis is divided into four parts altogether:Introduction, from the idea of the new course reform, the requirements for teacher's course consciousness of practice and teacher's specialized development of the new course reform have described the importance of grade teacher's course consciousness development. And have the domestic and international relevant literature carried on the surveying; have the relevant concepts of this text defined. Chapter one is a theory summary of grade teacher's course consciousness, including the intension, function, forming the summaries of the key element and theoretical foundation on grade teacher's course consciousness. Form the key element including subject consciousness of the course, course and develop consciousness, course resource consciousness, course and implement consciousness, course and appraise consciousness and course and review consciousness.Chapter two is investigated with reason analysis by the current situation to rural grade teacher's course consciousness. It is still very fuzzy to know the rural grade teacher to course intension, to course consciousness and form understanding of the key element through questionnaire investigation and interview law; even a lot of teachers have certain course consciousness, but has met a lot of questions during the process of turning into course and practicing. Mainly because the teacher lacks the course right, the evaluation system lacks the flexibility, school lacks the condition of trains, lacks the idea of exchange and cooperation and parents and behavioral influence to teacher among the teacher.Chapter three offers the suggestion of developing rural grade teacher's course consciousness to the result of study, the outside support condition includes reforming teacher's evaluation system, build course resources and include in the plan for reform of course, carry on the course leading capacity and construction of new teacher's culture that the effective teacher trained, improved the headmaster; The grade teacher should develop scientific course consciousness by participating in course and making policy, participating in this course of the school and developing and participating in course and taking action and studying by oneself.
