Since the 1980s, the increasingly mature socialist market system has lead social structure to undergoing profound changes. Economic transition and social transformation have occurred, China's accession to the WTO promote China's further integration into world market, the higher education of China is getting the continuous impact of the market economy. Maket Involving of higher education market has become an inevitable trend. Thus, a College organized by the ordinary colleges and universities and schools come into being.The generation of independent colleges is not only a mechanism of higher education in bolding exploration, but also expanding the scale of higher education resources and university education has played a positive role. Wither the development of independent colleges, independent college is becoming an important part during a certain period of the current and future development of higher education. Independent college as a new thing, the development process from scratch, there will be some inevitable problems and conflicts, the present, independent college teacher in question has become the bottleneck in the development of Independent Colleges restrictions.In this paper, we base on the Western incentive theory and current theoretical research universities.Using the methods of questionnaires, interviews, literature review and other methods, Century College as an example on how to establish a scientific and rational incentives launch discussion.This article is from the reality problem of lack effective contrive mechanism in independent Institute, the first, theory of motivation at home and abroad are summarized and the university research incentives are compared and analyzed, the second, we described the current situation of motivation about independent Institute, then analysis of the problems, and finally explore the nature of a set of independent college teachers improve incentives measures.
