The Secondary Vocational School Chinese Education Outline is the programmatic document for Chinese curriculum about its tasks, targets, content, requirement, execution, assessment and evaluation. But it does not win the attention from the study level of the Chinese curriculum. The secondary vocational school teacher also does not get the support from the experts on the theory level. This paper adopts The Secondary Vocational School Chinese Education Outline as the research object with reference to the courses and teaching theory and cognitive psychology to analyze the teaching outline and content. Meanwhile in terms of'content and requirement', the paper gave the suggestions about the Chinese education outline documentation from 'reading, oral communication and writing'. I hope the paper can shift the attention from the teachers so that we can contribute ourselves to the teaching reform in-depth and helpful to the development of the students in long term.To be more specific, the paper is divided into four chapters.Chapter One Introduction, it briefly introduces three sections as follows:the objective and meaning of this paper, methodology and current performance inside and outside of the country.Chapter two Chinese education outline concept definition. It discusses the relationship amongst education outline and curriculum standard, content standard and curriculum standard and education content and requirement. The former points out the difference between education outline and curriculum standard. And the latter refers the same nature in curriculum target, teaching content and requirement and the content standard.Chapter three the theory basis of Chinese education study outline. We describe the secondary vocational school Chinese education theory basis and cognitive psychology content from curriculum and teaching theory and cognitive psychology.Chapter four Chinese outline assessment. It curbs the structure and content of the Chinese education outline and give the suggestions on how to work out a constructive education content and requirement.Two innovationsFirstly, there are few people touches upon the secondary vocation Chinese curriculum standard and study on education outline. This paper put focus on the Chinese teaching and student requirements referring to the outcome from the experts inside and outside country.It curbs the structure and content of the Chinese education outline and give the suggestions on how to work out a constructive education content and requirement.
