Content: Constructing and advanced, scientific and effective teaching mode is theprecondition for improving the teaching level and the quality of personnel training. It is alsoan important condition for realizing the perfect combination of secondary vocationaleducation with the social demands and obtaining employment for the graduates with highquality. With the development of the regional economy in Han Dan and in order to meet thedemands of industrial structure adjustment for the talent types in secondary vocationaleducation, its teaching tasks and contents has presented complexity and diversity. In addition,each school has its own teaching ideas, original teaching way, and teachers and students withdifferent academic background. Those above decide the secondary vocational Chineseteaching mode in Handan must have its own uniqueness in accordance with the General rulesof the State general secondary Chinese teaching mode. In order to further improve the qualityof personnel training, and offer skilled and practical talents for Han Dan’s economicdevelopment. It is indispensable to construct the secondary vocational mode with Chinesecharacteristic in Han Dan.Therefore, based on the analysis of Handan secondary vocational Chinese teachingcurrent mode and on the deep ponder of the Chinese teaching practice,this paper put forwardthe “Eight steps’’teaching mode in order to suit Handan secondary vocational Chineseteaching. This paper sets Handan new class reform as its macro background, takes“independent research,cooperation and exchange, feedback improvement as its basic concept,regards the theory of constructivism, humanistic psychology, teaching optimization,developing teaching, cooperative learning as its backstop under prop. The mode aims atdeveloping vocational student’s Chinese ability and their future vocational ability, helps themcompletely change the practical status of students’ being weary of learning Chinese,afraid oflearning Chinese and unable to learn Chinese,We set its teaching procedure as follows: targetlearning--independent research--group discussion–teachers’ hint--class communication–motivation show--Summary and integration--expansion and improvement.The curriculum system construction is based on the two functional orientation of“improving the students’ humanistic quality and the students’ comprehensive vocationalquality”; the teaching tasks and goals are established in terms of “language applicationability,emotional attitude and value”, The teaching tasks are designed around “the basemodule, vocational module and expansion module”, The teaching work is organized byaiming at “the core notion of improving every vocational student’s Chinese ability”. and bypursuit of the optimization of vocational teaching concept, teaching organization format andteaching content of secondary vocational education. It is a kind of new Chinese teachingmode, independent, efficient, and practical, which presents the spirits of the new outline. Inaddition, the paper analyze the conditions necessary for the " Eight-step " teaching mode fromthe three aspects of the teachers,the schools and society.
