Classroom teaching goal is the prospective learning result of student, and the teaching cognitive goal is the important constituent of classroom teaching goals, the dosign of teaching cognitive goal is that we determine the teaching cognitive goals and express them in the form of written.The scientific design of teaching cognitive goals,not only can guide classroom teaching of teachers, learning of students and evaluation of teaching effectiveness, but also can promote the standardization of teaching design and achievement of the overall teaching goal.Therefore, the design of classroom teaching cognitive goal is the important strategy of effective teaching, the key to improve the teaching quality,and the regulate design of classroom teaching goal should become a basic skills of teachers.This article is divided into four parts:The first part is the summary of teaching cognitive goal. This part is mainly to clarify the content of classroom teaching goal, define classroom teaching cognitive object clearly discussed in this article. and clear the four major functions of teaching cognitive goal,that is the function of orientation, motivation, control, evaluation.The second part is the basis of the design of teaching cognitive object of ideological and political course. Firstly, this section defines the core concept "the design of the teaching cognitive goal of ideological and political course", and clear the specific meaning of the design of classroom teaching cognitive goal. Secondly, this article combine the PEP "economic life" to illustrate the classification theory of theory basis of this paper "the revised Bloom taxonomy of cognitive objectives".Finally, this article clear practical basis of the design of teaching cognitive goal for ideological and political course, that is the ideological and political curriculum standards, ideological and political course materials and teaching objects, today's classroom environment of ideological and political course and needs of social development.The third part is analysis of current situation of design of ideological and political course teaching cognitive objectives. This section is based on the survey, sum up the present problems of the design of ideological and political classroom teaching cognitive objectives, explore the reasons for problems,and reveal adverse consequences that these problems may lead to.In short,this part can provide basis for the following targeted to solve the problem.The fourth part is the basic concepts, principles and methods of the design of ideological and political course teaching cognitive objectives.This part is the end result.First of all, we should advocate new ideas of design of classroom teaching goal.Secondly, in order to make the classroom teaching cognitive objective orientation, expressing clearly, and puts forward that appropriate design of classroom teaching cognitive goal should follow principles of scientific, systematic, level-oriented and specific, operability.Finally, based on " Basic economic system of China "in the second unit of the ideological and political compulsory 1 "economic life" as an example, the detailed discusses the basic design method of teaching cognitive goal, this not only illustrates the whole design process,but also provides reference case for political teacher.
