2010July "national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan (2010-2020year)"(hereinafter referred to as "the outline of education planning outline")."Education planning outline" clearly put forward to speed up the process of educational informatization in Yunnan province in September,2010release of "high school information technology curriculum standard" mainly emphasizes on information technology curriculum teaching idea, teaching design, teaching methods and other aspects of reform. Based on such a background, I as long engaged in high school information technology curriculum teaching of teachers in urban and rural areas of Maitreya City, Honghe Prefecture of Yunnan province with the Department of high school as an example, the investigation and case teaching in high school information technology course of small town study, carried out a systematic study..In this study, a total of six chapters, the first chapter, the research history at home and abroad on the investigation of high school information technology teaching the second chapter makes the brief analysis, the third chapter for the construction of teaching high school information technology course survey index system, present situation of the teaching of high school information technology course fourth investigation to determine target system and weight, investigation and analysis of current situation of teaching chapter fifth of the information technology course in senior high school, the sixth chapter conclusion and Prospect research.The research on Maitreya City typical small town as the study sample, from the teachers and students from the perspective of the present teaching situation and survey indicators of information technology course in senior high school, and design the questionnaire according to the index system, put forward suitable for high school information technology teaching the development of small towns strategy according to the results of investigation show problems, and as a reference for the practical teaching status quo of information technology course in senior high school the other small towns to provide a reference index system; through the questionnaire analysis, the author finds that the main factors of classroom teaching activity is the main role of students, failed to give full play to teachers’ teaching idea, not adapt to the information technology curriculum requirements and the weak link, therefore, the author put forward new ideas and methods to solve the case study of Maitreya city information technology course teaching of high school development of small towns, for the country, Yunnan province and local schools to implement "the high school information technology, curriculum standard" the promotion of small town high school information technology teaching to provide beneficial reference.
