The Research On The Secondary School Teachers' Sense Of Happiness

The development of the educational cause mainly depends on teachers to carry out. Teachers' sense of happiness has an important significance on the development of our national cause. How to promote teachers' sense of happiness is a task of the whole society. This article proves the importance of promoting teachers'sense of happiness based on the researches home and abroad about teachers'sense of happiness, the exposition of some related concepts of teachers'sense of happiness and the explanation of the effect of promoting the secondary school teachers'sense of happiness. Meanwhile, through investigation, analyses the conditions and the reasons of the present teachers' sense of happiness and gives certain strategies about how to promote teachers' sense of happiness. The paper is divided into four parts to analyse and study the matter on the secondary school teachers'sense of happiness.In the first part, the writer talks about why she chose this topic. And then analyses the present state of the related researches home and abroad and the deficiency as well. Finally, it talks about some concepts about the secondary school teachers' sense of happiness.In the second part, it analyses something about the secondary school teachers'sense of happiness in our country based on facts, concluding some present situation of teachers, such as, tiredness and stress from work, bad wealth condition, basic satisfaction with the family and personal life, and limits of general sense of happiness.In the third part, it finds the reasons why the secondary school teachers are unhappy from four aspects, the society, the school, the family and the individual, and then analyses them.In the fourth part, aiming at the previous elaboration and analysis, it proposes strategies to promote the secondary school teachers'feeling of happiness. On the practical level, it analyses what concrete strategies we should take in the four aspects, the society, the school, the family and the individual.
