This paper find domestic researchers discuss general strength and core strength training selectively through literature, also has ignored factors. And they discussed unilaterally, less studied the relationship between them.This study analyzes general strength training, core strength training and the relationship between them to adopts literature, comparative analysis, mathematical statistics method, field investigation method, interview method, conclusions are as follows:1. The essence of general strength training lies in different parts of body, especially the source of 1. action force——growth of upper and lower limbs muscle strength, It pay attention to increase of muscle groups on the body platform. Its achievement mainly through increase of muscles, physiological cross-sectional split, nervous system controls muscle contraction speed and mobilizes more motor unit to participate in activities.2. The essence of core strength training lies in stability power reinforced of the body core central stable, this stability force is an ability to keep steady that through support, transmission, coordinate obtain power to strengthen each part of body in all kinds of sports condition the ability. So the important role of nervous system in coordinating core muscle, then playing on limbs ends through core dominated muscle support, control body parts power.3. General strength training is basic strength training, core strength training still belongs to category of fundamental strength exercises. General strength training physiological many elements, characteristics, research achievements and experience suitable for core strength training, but core strength training in requirements, function, mechanism, practice way different from general strength training and has its inherent characteristics. Core strength training following general strength training, core parts displaying to general power through support, transmission and control body movement.This paper suggests that general strength training and core strength training has to improve special strength for ultimate goal. One training session, after arranging general strength and core strength repairing activities, first we should proceed general strength training, then core strength training, which time proportion approximately 3:2. Also we ought to consider different effects on general strength and core strength training by nerve fibers, neuron types with proportion, hormonal response,in order to practice pertinently. General strength, core strength and speed, endurance, flexibility, sensitive quality combining training, which shoud keep the order, articulated practice.
