In recent ye The Fundamental education task of Higher Vocational Colleges is to cultivateapplication-oriented professional talents with high technology.In 1999,CCCPC & the State Council on deepening education reform promoting quality-oriented education ars , because of national macro policies of vigorously developing vocational education, people have paid more and more attention to vocational education, especially higher vocational education. In our province, the enrollment and student number of higher vocational education have more than half of the higher education. In order to adapt to higher vocational education development , whose characteristics is taking the social demand for the target, making cultivating students' technical ability the main line to design knowledge, ability and quality structure, P.E. Management in higher vocational-colleges also should develop constantly .In this paper,there is an investigation on P.E. Management in higher vocational colleges of Hebei Province. It points out the present situation and existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to make P.E. management more in line with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges and provide basic physical security for the students' theoretical study , practice, practice train and future work . At the same time, it also provides the reference for promoting the development of P.E. management in higher vocational colleges of Hebei Province, and fully carrying out the quality-oriented education.The research methods in this paper:literature data method, investigation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics research methods etc. The results:The existing problems on P.E. Management in higher vocational colleges of Hebei Province:1. The guarantee mechanism of P.E. management in higher vocational colleges of Hebei Province has not yet fully implemented. It till needs to strengthen the standardized, systematic and scientific management .2. P.E. teaching generally lacks innovation; The teaching reform hasn't developed; The characteristics of higher vocational education has not been formed .3. The extracurricular sports activities, team construction has its own particularity, but it still need various perfecting and reform to form vocational education features.4. The P.E. teachers structure of higher vocational colleges of Hebei Province has its own characteristics , but it still lacks scientific, reasonable and sustainability.5. The venues and equipment construction has begun to take shape, and it can barely finished sports teaching task. But it still can't satisfy the needs of physical education teaching, extracurricular sports activities, amateur training and sports contests .Aiming at the present situation of P.E. management of higher vocational colleges, and according to the training requirements of highly skilled talents in the current economic society of our country ,in accordance with the spirit of CCCPC & the State Council on strengthening teenagers' sport younster health advice ,Combining with the current investigation and expert advice, this paper puts forward following corresponding P.E. management strategy of higher vocational colleges :1. optimizing administrative system of P.E. management of higher vocational colleges of Hebei Province; Strengthening macro management ;Fully implementing the micro management.2. Developing P.E. curriculum and teaching reform of higher vocational colleges; Changing education concept ; Optimizing teaching form.3. Actively developing extracurricular sports activities of higher vocational colleges; Cultivating students to form the good habit of lifelong sports.4. Strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and perfecting personnel system; Improving sports teacher treatment ; Establishing incentive mechanism.5. Promoting the sports facilities construction ; further improving the physical environment of higher vocational colleges.
