At present, China supports vocational education vigorously to meet society and business needs for technical talent. At this stage, with the rapid development of vocational education, how to use modern media technology to promote teaching becomes an important issue for the education sector. Quality courses are important tools and platforms for modern multimedia teaching, and the state invests a lot of manpower, material and financial resources in building a large number of good quality courses. The effects of teaching application are not ideal after many quality courses developed. The important reasons are the old teaching notion and a lack of technical means. At the initial exploration stage of national and abroad study, a lot of front-line teachers put more put effort in creating more good teaching forms to meet new requirements for teaching.Based on the theory of knowledge classification, this paper analyzes that teaching concept of blended learning and appropriate teaching resources are used for instructional design in the quality courses applied process of teaching. Through reading a lot of references and summing up experiences, the author analyzes application of vocational schools quality courses in our province and implementation of blended learning. As a teacher of "Computer Basics" and "PowerPoint2003 advanced applications",the author takes personal experiences as basis to analyze declarative knowledge and procedural knowledge in detail and studies blended learning deeply. Finally, through quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of courses implementation, the author sums up experiences and finds shortage in order to improve measures.Popularization and application of quality courses are inseparable from supports of effective teaching. Blended learning which is integration of traditional teaching and network teaching is a good choice. Whether theoretical development and application or teaching practice reform, the integration of quality courses and blended learning has some value to play students' initiative and improve teachers' teaching skills.
