| Government of Shanghai explicitly proposed "Shanghai will take the lead in accomplishing modernization of education by 2010" in 2004. Information technology has been more and more widely applicated in education areas. During the period of "11th five-year plan", school education administrative department of Qingpu intensified the investment for informatization construction, the environmental infrastructure of education informatization has been steadily developedt. However, with in-depth development of education informationization, development of schools'informationization seems to enter a slow plateau in recent years, Effect of informationization improving education and teaching hasn't been fully embodied. In order to deeply understand the development of education informatization in rural primary and secondary schools in Qingpu, with the background of " the project of improvement Shanghai 400 rural primary and secondary school education informatization ", the author had a investigation on 42 elementary and secondary schools in rural areas through the network platform of Shanghai baseline survey by questionnaire and investigation. I got a gread deal of relevant data on schools'information infrastructure, teachers information literacy and the information technology ability training of students, and made deduction and recommendations after analysising the data.With the reference of British and American investigation on school information technology, my research adopted random sampling method to collect data from all the school in Qingpu district. The core problems include: 1. The construction, running condition and effect of informatization construction(includes hardware and software facilities). 2. informatizational management in schools and informatizational training of teachers. 3. Teachers'information technology application and participation as well as the development of the integration of information technology and curriculum in class. 4. Information technology application of students and their atitudes to'information technology improving one's academic achievement and the communication between teachers and students, etc. 5. The application in teaching of information platforms at all levels and education resources. The rate of utilization of information platforms and the accumulation of teaching resources.Based on the analysis of large quantities of data, the author got new understanding on the informationization of rural schools in Qingpu district, found some problems in this area, and provided corresponding suggestions according to the real situation, which could have value for reference to the education administrative department while making scientific policy. |
