Nowadays, the development of the society lies in the human resources. Therefore, all the countries in the world are conducting the education revolution to well improve people’s potentialities. Since the new curricula revolution, the teaching in class is shifting into the students’ center. But the shift should be conducted more efficiently. As a new subject, information technology class not only has the traditional characteristics of teaching but also have the disadvantage of the traditional teaching. It limits the student’s ability and the development of the thought. So the information technology teacher needs to reflect on advantages and disadvantages. The research is based on Qingpu Experimental School as a theory support and aim learning after teaching as a research object. It is studied according to the information and technology class in junior school. It refers to the successful cases at home and abroad to design two teaching strategies for knowledge in the concept and operation skills.The creative aspect of the research lies in the combination of Qingpu Experimental School and learning before teaching. It inherits the theory from Qingpu Experimental School and makes up the vacant in Information technology teaching in junior school. It proves that the designed teaching strategy has well effect on the students’ construction on the knowledge and the balance of leaning ahead and teaching afterwards. Hopefully, it will be a reference of learning after teaching in China and provide a model for the development of Qingpu Experimental School. The thesis consists of five parts. In the first part, it states the background of the research, its aim and the general introduction of the content and the methods. In the second part, it is oriented by the learning before teaching and the idea and experience from Qingpu Experimental School. At the same time, it lists the references and research findings at home and abroad to lay a solid foundation for this research. In the third part, it focuses on the educational situation of Information Science and Technology in junior school and find out the factors affecting the effectiveness of the teaching such as the text book, students, and teachers’ age differences, class length and the tendency in teaching. At the same time, it focuses on the study behavior, attitude, the relationship between the teachers and the students, the current situation in the class and other aspects to work out the research design and hypothesis. In the fourth part, based on the content of the Information Technology, the author rearranges the knowledge construction and design two sets of teaching strategies featured with Qingpu Experimental School which is highly individualized to practice different kinds of knowledge and make analysis on the data. In the fifth part, it summarizes the research findings and makes a reflection on the improvement and further research.
