In this study, Qigong aims of education as measured in Health Qigong course with the teaching characteristics, and use of "Guidance - Learning Guide," teaching methods, experimental studies have examined the "Guidance - Learning Guide" Teaching Methods for teaching Qigong and Qigong to achieve educational goals. The subjects were junior physical education a total of 60 tennis major students. Using literature data, questionnaire, experiment, expert interviews, observation, statistics, logical analysis of University Health Qigong course, designing course of "Learning - learning. Conducted in-depth study describes of arrangement period of the model, the phase content, meaning, characteristics, theoretical basis, the specific implementation methods and the consistency of educational goals Health Qigong.Through 54 hours of teaching experiment, the experimental group and control group analysis shows that: 1, Health Qigong of "Guidance - Learning Guide" teaching students to master knowledge and positive impact on cognitive development. 2. Health Qigong of "Guidance - Learning Guide," teaching students in their emotional behavior of control and good self-care habits played a positive role. 3. Health of Qigong "Learning - Learning Guide" teaching students in their emotional behavior of control and develop the concept of lifelong physical education has played a positive role. 4. Health of Qigong "Learning - Learning Guide" teaching the students social adaptability and a positive impact on mental health.
