Recent years the number of Chinese graduates is keep growing, while higher education is becoming popular, result in the severe competence in employment obtaining. The conversation disability of deaf graduates weaken their competitiveness in employment, unfair treatment of employers also help to strengthen deaf graduates'inferior position in employment market. Low employment rate and quality become obstacles that restrict deaf higher education's developing. The research on employment improving of deaf graduates is crucial to the further developing of higher education for the deaf.Career maturity is one useful measurement to professional ability, this paper measures deaf graduates'career maturity by < Chinese College Students'Career Maturity Inventory>, and compare sample data with hear college students, so as to find out the differences between these two samples. Contrast of career maturity can help to determine the specific weakness of deaf graduate's career maturity, and then indicate the targets need to be intervened in higher education. The second stage of this paper uses binary logistic model to research the relation between deaf graduates'personality and their career maturity, the regression results can provide material intervene methods to deaf graduates's career maturity.This paper's main results indicate that:(1)There is no significant difference between deaf college students of different gender, districts or majors.(2)There is significant difference between career maturity of deaf and hear graduates, deaf graduates'career maturity level is significantly lower than hears.(3)By compare with hear graduates, deaf graduates have disadvantages in four dimensions of career target, career confidence, career values and career consult.(4)Deaf student's career maturity is relavent to his/her personal characters.(5)Deaf graduates'conversation ability, hobby and speciality, internship experience, conversational tendency show great impact on career maturity。The importence rank: conversation ability> hobby and speciality> internship experience> conversational tendency.(6)Higher education for the deaf should improve its education model and education techenology to influence edaf students'characters, so as to enhance students'career maturity and improve students'employment.
