Therefore, the universities'moral education have important influence on technological revolution and knowledge economy background.Currently, however there are enormous academic researches on this issue, some pertinent actions have been put forward gradually, yet only have low effectiveness. Considering the researches have not pay enough attention to moral education reform, when the system has never preferred at the present time. But the University of Moral Education does not meet the needs of innovation cultivate talents, so we must deepen the reform of it. Moral education train students'creative thinking through freeing students from old ideas, changing the human culture environment through improving people's scientific and technological innovation ability, leading the main direction of the technology creation through the adjustment of strategy policy, promoting moral education methods and mechanism through combining with technological Innovation. This research mainly introduces some methods in order to promote moral education validity and mechanism to make innovations;After all we expect that the moral education reform in universities can bring out the desired result with a new image of themselves.
