Research On Comprehensive Quality Evaluation Of The National Defense Students

To cultivate military officials through ordinary universities and transmit eligible national defense students to the army is an important strategy to enhance the army construction in the new century. In allusion to the main problems in the current comprehensive quality evaluation of national defense students, this paper aims at the establishing of a systematic and scientific comprehensive quality evaluation system for national defense students, investigating and orienting the cultivation quality of national defense students in an objective and accurate way, so that it can be applied to instruct the universities to enhance the cultivation of national defense students pertinently and achieve the goal of transmitting high-quality talents to the army.This paper first reviews the research of comprehensive quality evaluation home and broad, summarizing the concepts, theories and methods of comprehensive quality evaluation. Then, the relevant concepts and institutional developments of national defense students are expatiated, pointing out the leading problems existing in the comprehensive quality evaluation of our national defense students. According to the development of the national defense student system and the basic characteristics and requirements of national defense student assessing, the national defense student comprehensive quality evaluation system is designed, and the index system is established according to the analysis of five aspects. And then the improved analytic hierarchical model is applied, to calculate the weight vectors of comprehensive quality evaluation of artificers and study the five commonly used operators. According to the study of physical meanings and real statistics, and under the condition of orientation weight vectors of comprehensive quality evaluation, the optimal fuzzy evaluation operator of artificer comprehensive quality evaluation. Finally, to improve the practicability of the comprehensive quality evaluation system, problems of many aspects in the whole assessing process are ascertained, the implement and operation of national defense student comprehensive quality evaluation is demonstrated, and suggestions are brought forward about the further implement and improvement of national defense student comprehensive quality evaluation.
