Study On Students Career Guidance In IT Professional Training Institutions

Since 1990s, IT industry is developing rapidly. The demand of IT industry professionals is increasing. University computer science graduates cannot fulfill the huge talent gap, in such an environment, IT professional training institutions come into being.IT professional training institutions train a large number of professional competitive IT professionals, because it has flexible of his training period, quickly update teaching materials, practice strong and so on. At present IT competition among professional training institutions have developed competition of comprehensive ability, and the employment situation of students is the most concentrated expression for it. IT professional training institutions start to set up career planning for the students from time to time, and then it experiences the development process of continuous improvement. Although a number of training institutions in the students career planning guidance have the effective exploration and attempt, but yet it have in its infancy, not perfect.In this thesis, IT professional training institutions are the study background. The theory of career planning is used. And I statistics the data on student academic composition, age structure, sex ratio in Eduask (Tianjin) Training Centre. I depth study the training center in career planning guidance systems and students case of all directions employment, and analyze the problem. And then from the point of policies, training institutions and training trainees I give a series of measures and workable suggestions. I hope to apply effectively the guidance system of career planning in IT professional training institutions. The thesis is helpful for career planning of IT professional graduate students and peofessor'sprofessional level.
