The Research On Knowledge Management In College Student Work Team Construction

The current work force of university students exist many problems, the students of each university team building work need special attention and enhancement. Knowledge management as a new management model, many companies at home and abroad have been widely implemented and achieved good results,which has played a crucial role on the development of enterprises. Era of knowledge economy as a typical knowledge-intensive organizations, colleges and universities, as more of a learning organization should play a leading role in knowledge management. Students work force in the maintenance of security and stability of colleges and universities play a key role, it is because students work teams'special functions and key role of the decision, the scientific and effectiveness of knowledge management have become important sign of college students work team building and the potential capacity exploration, but also an important means to enhance college students work team's core competition. Strengthen knowledge management and building knowledge management model, students work is undoubtedly an important responsibility of team building and management innovation targeting.In this paper, from the view of improving the overall student's work quality, to introduce the idea of knowledge management as a management team of University Students building practice. Mainly using empirical analysis and normative analysis of the combination of research methods, from a theoretical point of view the work of building a team of university students build a knowledge management framework. First, the theory of knowledge management discussed, and then gives the students work the definition of knowledge management of team building, described the construction work force of university students the need for knowledge management.
