Teacher-student interaction is a very important factor for teaching quality and students'achievement. In the current reformation of junior high school classroom teaching, the condition of teacher-student interaction has changed a lot. But there are still many problems and lacking in the changing teacher-student interaction. When we start to pay attention to the teacher-student interaction, teachers often ask too many questions in classroom. And teachers are still in charge of the whole classroom. It is unhelpful for students to develop their subjectivity. The effect of teacher-student interaction is not good. The above problems have touched the pragmaticality of classroom teaching.In the base of learning research findings of home and abroad, this research use observational method, interviewing method, survey method. The object of this study is one class of A junior school in Wuhan. The study finds: teachers think that teacher-student interaction is asking questions, the object of classroom teacher-student interaction is unfair, there is too little active feedback from teachers, teachers'preparation is not enough, teachers ask the same answer for one question, teachers are still in charge of the whole classroom and some other problems are the main problems in the classroom teacher-student interaction. This research believes that teachers'professional qualities and teaching notion, student individual, teaching environment are main factors to effect the classroom teacher-student interaction.The new curriculum calls for effective teacher-student interactive in order to raise the participant of students' and inspire the vitality of the teaching in the classroom. The thoughts of modern education care about how to cultivate the interesting of students,how to establish the main part of the students and how to stress the bilateral communication between the teacher and the student. The author put some advice on how to improve the communication between the two from a observer's point. There are seven advice. Namely, improve professional quality of teachers', change the method which teachers use in their classrooms,change the the traditional character of the teachers', entitle the students for the right to participate more deep in the classroom activity, and perfect the method of elevating, and create proper class environment for student- cultivating and so on. All these advice will pave the way for better communication between the teacher and student.
