During the popularization of higher education, the basic establishment of colleges and universities is built quickly. But the educational resources are shortage, especially lacking of teachers and classrooms. In this case, the large-class teaching has become a main teaching organization in higher education. On the one hand, the advantages of large-class teaching are obvious, such as expanding the teaching scale, forming the cultivation scope, improving the utilization of teaching and educational resources effectively. On the other hand, more and more problems are revealed in large-class teaching of colleges and universities.Many home and abroad scholars study the effect and quality of large-class teaching in colleges and universities. But there is lack of depth research of large-class teaching in colleges and universities from the perspective of classroom discipline. What are the specific problems of classroom discipline in large-class teaching? How can we regulate the classroom discipline of large-class teaching in colleges and universities? Researches on such issues are infrequent. Therefore, this study focuses on the main influence factors of classroom discipline in large-class teaching of colleges and universities. With the background of the classroom scenes in large-class teaching of colleges and universities, the thesis analyses teacher-student's cognition about classroom discipline, their classroom behaviors, particularly the disobey behaviors. According to the survey, the main influence factors of classroom discipline in large-class teaching of colleges and universities are large size of classes, failure of teachers'performance, the inadequate"Executive Power"of exams, and so on.In conclusion, to solve the current problems,this study suggests it is necessary to establish"win-win"classroom discipline of teacher-student to adapt the large-class teaching in colleges and universities. Teachers: they need to establish the student-centered teaching ideas, to prepare lessons seriously; There are three stages for teachers to establish classroom rules: exploring the rules/standards of behaviors, establishing classroom rules, supervising and implementing the classroom rules; Teachers use the accompaniers and group assessment to improve the"Executive Power"of exams; They explain credit hours and curriculum requirements clearly; And the teachers hold a"press conference"; Teachers also hold a discussion or meeting for outstanding graduates or alumni to introduce their success experience; The teaching assistants should play a key role in teaching. Students: they should improve learning interest and self-discipline. The relationship of teacher-student becomes harmonious by communicating frequently. In the large-classe teaching of colleges and universities, it is important to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship and a"win-win"classroom discipline of teacher-student in order to protect the construction of teacher-student's"win-win"classroom effectively, on the basis of implementing teacher- student's responsibility and carrying out the classroom rules.
