In the era of global knowledge economy era,the knowledge-based talents gradually become the core resources that affect the competitiveness of enterprises.Under the background of comprehensively improving the quality of the people,the market competition of education and training industry is becoming more and more fierce.Changchun New Oriental School is part of New Oriental Education and technology group,one of the largest universities in Jilin.The proportion of knowledge workers in enterprises is far more than half of the staff training requirements are very high.In the increasingly fierce market competition environment,the competition of education and training institutions from a simple look at the development of teachers to the overall strength of the service.As a link between parents,students and teachers in the training school,the professional skills are not only the driving force for the development of enterprises,but also the important provider of the core competitiveness of enterprises.How to improve their business value,to seek sustainable development,and to develop the development strategy,most of them depend on the strength of the teaching staff.As far as the New Oriental School and even the existing education and training institutions in China,the training of the teaching staff has not been paid much attention,and there is no complete training system.In the enterprise human resources management and utilization,the flow of teaching staff is very large,in the post can not work for a long time the general situation.The stability of the staff is poor,therefore,it is urgent to establish an effective training system.It has very important significance to solve the survival and development of enterprises and protect the personal interests of teaching assistants.Based on the human resources training related theory,combined with the characteristics of knowledge workers and training status,to Changchun New Oriental School as an example,study how to design education and training institutions teaching staff training system and related problems.In the introduction of the theory of human resources training and literature review,including the learning organization of the adult learning theory,motivation theory and Kirkpatrick's four level evaluation theory provides the theoretical basis for this;in the presence of analysis of the problems and causes,through the analysis of training status Changchun New Oriental school teaching staff,found that the current supplementary personnel training has many deficiencies and problems: training system,training plan,training is not in accordance with the actual contents of the old,time is not reasonable,no follow-up to assess the effect of effective;education and training institutions to the sustained and healthy development must be aware of their own shortcomings,combined with the actual operation of personnel training,including training the target,object,content,methods and training teachers,time,space,funds,and other aspects of teaching effect evaluation Assist personnel training system.Finally,in order to ensure the operation of the training system,the related organization,system and other related content are designed.Through the study of this paper,through the implementation of the training program,the professional skills and service quality of the teaching staff of Changchun New Oriental School are improved.In the short term,to solve the problem of teaching staff flow,to ensure stable operation of the campus.Within a year,the cohesion of the enterprise and employee loyalty has been improved significantly,and the team of highly efficient and professional teaching staff has begun to take shape.To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to maintain market share.At the same time,it can provide reference value for other training institutions in the education and training industry.
