This research focuses on specific social field curriculum implementation, social field curriculum implementation infiltrated in other areas,in District Corner and in regular education and those of problems:Specific social field curriculum:objective setting, content selection over-reliance on the "Outline", teaching materials emphasis too much on extrinsic value of education and knowledge-oriented, ignoring children's interests, personality differences; The shortages existed in the implementation process are as following: ill-prepared materials, inaccurate questions, less-authenticity of scenarios, creation, over-loaded content; During the evaluation ,emphasis on teachers'behavior but neglect the children's activities ,attention to other teachers'comments but ignore the teachers'self-reflection .Social field curriculum infiltrated in other areas: the main mode of infiltration includes the objective proposed ,introduction of the background materials, the usage of the content of the value, other random events. but the shortages are lack of awareness of the infiltration, less-strong infiltration ability.Social field curriculum infiltrated in Distract Corner: the main mode of infiltration includes: through the creation of the environment, the material put in infiltration, mentoring strategy, but there are extreme behaviors:one is over-interference ,the other is to act as by-standers.Social field curriculum infiltrated in regular education: the main mode of infiltration includes: morning reception and living areas, but there is a serious emotional fatigue, excessive emphasis on awareness of the rules, inappropriate language and behaviors.Affecting the implementation of Social field curriculum includes: Leadership factors, expectations, the ablity of teachers, and the curriculum itself. According to the factors affected the social curriculum implementation, the researcher proposes the following measures: Strengthening the leadership of the implementation,Mining, enriching the internal and external resources, establishing three course management system to enable teachers to participate in course management, setting up a Teaching and Research Group as a platform for teachers'professional development, Organizing teaching contest, creating a positive atmosphere for curriculum implementation, enhancing awareness of the importance of social curriculum implementation through cooperation between families and kindergartens, using incentive mechanisms to impove enthusiasm.
