Mathematics provides people a simple, accurate and effective way for information exchanging, and cultivating the ability to communicate mathematically has become one of the new mathematic education targets in the information times, therefore, more and more extensive attention has been paid by the experts, scholars and mathematics education areas. There are also the specific instructions and request for students' mathematic exchange ability in high school's mathematics new curriculum teaching syllabus, and that is, "the requirements of the fundamental skills and ability should be improved gradually with the deep understanding about the basic knowledge by the students, and cultivate them to acquire new knowledge independently and develop their ability to communicate mathematically by using the mathematical language correctly".In view of this, on the basis of studies on a large number of relevant literatures both at home and abroad about the mathematic exchanges. Firstly, the thesis defines the concept of related mathematic communications: the concept of mathematics exchanges, theoretical foundation, type and ability to communicate mathematically, and the importance and necessity of the research are embodied by the description on the value of mathematics exchanges. Secondly, through the questionnaire survey and analysis of high school students' mathematic exchanges ability cultivating situation of the new curriculum, the major factors that influence the mathematical exchanges are: the students' historical factors, the awareness and the form of mathematics exchanges, and etc. According to the present situation of mathematics exchanges and analysis, the author made discussions on the effective strategies of cultivating the high school students mathematics exchanges of new curriculum : (1) The cultivate strategies of mathematics teaching, that is, to evaluate the mathematics learning scientifically, to make the student realize the value of communication. Emphases on teacher-student interaction, build up the interactive teacher-student relationship, advocate democratic teaching, create good teaching environment. (2) The cultivate strategies in classroom, that is, using mathematics exchanges in the process of knowledge forming, using mathematics exchanges in difficult math problems, using mathematics exchanges in teaching problem solving, using mathematics exchanges in intentionally showing the mistakes, using mathematics exchanges after students speak accidentally and supply the showcases from high school new curriculum. (3) The cultivate strategies outside the classroom, that is, pay attention to the communicate and cooperation among students, advocate a harmonious "cooperative learning", Create "mathematics writing "opportunities, Create independent learning space, less teaching more own understanding, to strengthen the leading for students' learning competition. Finally, combined with the effective strategies of cultivating mathematics exchanges ability, there are two high school teaching cases as sample.
