To learn mathematics communication is the content which the international mathematics education together pays close attention to now.Since 1989, mathematics communication has aroused the widespread interest in the developed country. United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization's documents and curriculum standards promulgated by every developed country, explicitly set mathematics communication goals. With education's thorough reform, our country Mathematics Educational circles also gradually realized the important value of mathematics communication. the common high school "Mathematics Curriculum Standard (Experimental)" formulated by our country emphasized mathematics communication's utilization in many places, and also gave us instructions on concrete operations. From thorough observations of our county's class teaching in junior high school as well as some material studied empirically, we can see although the high school new class changes has implemented more than two years, teachers and students still haven't paid enough attention to mathematics communication. That is to say, the ideas and the understandings relatively lagged behind; the ability of mathematics communication was weak; the classroom communication form was unitary; teachers mainly focused on instructing, carrying little on the classroom in the aspect of the communication;The teachers have not realized that mathematics communication played an important role in teaching and affected the students'cognitive structure and the study emotion. This not only affects student's mathematics learning capability and the study interest, and affects student's overall quality improvement, but also influenced the effect of implementation of new curriculum.Based on this, this article took"the research on strategy and practice of the junior high school's mathematic communication under the new curriculum"as the topic.This article limited the concept of mathematics communication, having been studied many foreign and domestic references; Through the questionnaire survey on cognitive conditions of junior high teachers and students'mathematics communication in my county, the author got known the current situations of junior high's mathematics communication, and analyzed the factors which blocked the junior high's mathematics communication; According to mathematics communication's present situation, the author unifies the teaching practice and some experience introduced by real diagnosis materials, and proposed several strategies which can promote junior high school's mathematics communication:Namely, to improves teacher's teaching idea, to establish suitable communication situation, to foster student's ability of doubting, to train student's mathematical languages, to advocate mathematics writing, and to evaluate mathematics communication scientifically; and analyzed the teaching cases which has used the strategy of mathematics communication during the class.Finally, the article has made the summary and the analysis of the process of the research, and put forward certain proposals on the implementation of mathematics communication's strategy.
