Investigation On The Current Situation Of The Implementation Of "Excellent Engineer Education And Training Plan" And The Countermeasures

To improve the quality of university engineering education, train modern engineers, The ministry of education put forward the "A plan for educating and training outstanding engineers".The plan is an important measure for engineering education reform in our country. there are more than 200 colleges join in the plan since 2010. Due to it is just begin, most of universities are lack of experience, so it is necessary to have a survey in "A plan for educating and training outstanding engineers",find out the problem and put forward some suggestions and tips according to the problems.This paper revolves around "A plan for educating and training outstanding engineers".On the basis of existing research,analysis problems in colleges and universities by Resource Dependence Theory, General System Theory and Human Capital Theory,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Taking Y university as an example,the paper mainly applying the questionnaire survey, interview method, make a survey in quality of students, teachers, training scheme, university-enterprise cooperation and security system.Dependent on the investigation results of Y university, analyze the problems and put forward some feasibility Suggestions.The whole text is divided into four parts. The first part is the theoretical basis of this study and simple overview of the "A plan for educating and training outstanding engineers",In this chapter emphatically introduces basic idea of Resource Dependence Theory、General System Theory and Human Capital Theory, expounds the relationship between theory and "A plan for educating and training outstanding engineers".The second part is the research part of this article.Dependent on university biological engineering,make a research in quality of students, teachers, training plan, security system. The third part is problem summary and analysis of the causes.Through summarizing, find some problems in the students quality, cooperation between colleges and enterprise and security system. Such as the cooperation between colleges and enterprise,enterprise have little interested on training the engineer with colleges together.the degree of cooperation is shallow and narrow,lack of comprehensive and deep cooperation.This part has carried on the reason analysis by Resource Dependence Theory, General System Theory and Human Capital Theory.The fourth part is Suggestions and countermeasures.Aimed at the poor quality of students, the teachers troop practice ability weak, university-enterprise cooperation is not positive, comprehensive security system does not reach the designated position,this part puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It mainly includes four aspects:First, more ways to improve the quality of students; Second, through various channels to improve the teachers practical ability, to form "double type" teachers who has a high theoretical level and practical ability strong;Third, on the one hand, colleges and universities provide services for enterprises, to strengthen the cooperation between enterprises, on the other hand, the government provide policy support, improve the enthusiasm of enterprise. Fourth, perfect the security system. Due to The lack of security system in university, increase some measures in the employment guarantee and life safeguard, by constructing the systematic guarantee system, support "A plan for educating and training outstanding engineers".
