| Improving vocational education teacher training plays an important role in meeting the needs of China socialist modernization, improving the national quality, improving the structure of vocational education and education industry economic growth. Exploration and research on the vocational education teacher training reform according to the new situation is the precondition of the vocational education development. Improving teaching practice is the key to vocational education teacher training, as well as the core of vocational education development, which decides the professional skills and adaptability of personnel training, and concerns the entire education growth. Overseas Vocational Education developed countries, such as Canada CBE, Australia TAFE, the German "dual system", have success in practice teaching model.However, Be subjected to numerous practical problems, such as economic development, social concepts, teaching management system, There is no practice teaching model of other countries that can completely fit ours.Based on above discussions, the paper explores then main issues concerning practical teaching in vocational education teacher training in China, and proposes appropriate solutions.
