At present, China's vocational education is in a rapid development period, the importance of teacher developing is self evident. However, the overall quality of vocational school teachers is not as good as expected. Therefore, improving the overall quality of vocational school teachers is a top priority, which teachers'training can promote the development of vocational school. However, the result of the current vocational school teachers'training is not good. The reason is that the training and improvement of tacit knowledge in teachers'training is not taken seriously. Studying from tacit knowledge perspective can provide feasible suggestions for increasing validity of vocational teachers'training, which are of great significance both for culturing"double competency's teacher"and for improving the quality of Vocational Education as well as the development of vocational education.This paper first introduces the background of tacit knowledge, and then studies further on properties, characteristics, relationship and transformation between explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Meanwhile combining with the characteristics of vocational education, it analyzes the characteristics and demands of vocational teachers'knowledge.Then, retelling vocational teachers'training history. Through questionnaire, this paper studies on the current situation and analyzes the most serious problems that existed in vocational teachers'training. Finally, puts forward some strategies on implicit knowledge for strengthening the vocational teachers'training.
