With the development of information technology and the deepening of basic curriculum reform, teaching environment and learning contents have undergone great changes. Eventually, the traditional teaching method alone cannot meet the requirement for the students to develop researching learning activity.How to reform and innovate on the research teaching mode in junior middle school has remained unsolved problems before us. Blended Learning integrates the traditional face-to-face teaching mode with e-learning teaching method. On the one hand, it will give full play to the leading role of the teacher to guide, inspire and monitor in the teaching process; on the other hand, it will fully reflect the initiative, creativity and enthusiasm of the students as the main body of the learning process. The emergence of the mode is of great significance to guide the integration of information technology and curriculum and further reform the current classroom teaching.In this paper, the author adopts the method of literature, summary of teaching experience, investigation, interviews and other research methods to comprehend the application of blended learning model in the current primary middle school education. According to the teaching status and characteristics of e-learning in the county and on the basis of the real teaching-learning situation and the application of hybrid learning, the author designs Blended Learning program suitable for research learning and teaching at the county level. The face-to-face teaching activity is conducive to emotional exchanges between teachers and students. The teacher, which plays a dominant role, is responsible for organizing, monitoring the whole teaching process and imparting basic knowledge and skills and will also adjust teaching schedule according to the feedback from the students. The students will make full use of the learning resources through network environment. The students, the main body of learning, can consolidate or enhance learned knowledge and skills according to their own choices of learning content and method in the framework designated by the teacher. The teacher plays a subsidiary role and will offer guidance and aid only when the students meet difficulties, hence to give scope to the initiative of the students in the process of learning.
