With the development of science and technology, the network brought great impact on people's daily lives, People can use the network to learn, work and entertainment. In the field of education, the popularity of the Internet is quietly changing the traditional learning methods. And accompanied by lifelong learning and education concept rooted in people's hearts, more and more people started using the Internet to learn, therefore educational resources and particular educational resources demand is increasing.Open Educational Resources movement is developed in such a large background. Open Educational Resources movement meet the learners demand for learning, and the excellent educational resources can also be open so that more people can share this resources.In this paper, first the concept of open educational resources have been defined, and defined the scope of this paper's main research, and then select two models of the Open Educational Resources movement: MIT OCW and China's national excellent courses. Mainly from the number of building,quality assurance,as well as the use levels to compare, and also choose two specific example curriculum: Photography Introduction of MIT OCW,Creation Cinematography of China's national excellent courses. Proposed China's national excellent courses need to increase the number of courses in building and advocacy efforts, do a good job of quality assurance mechanisms, enhance the protection of intellectual property rights to promote sustainable development projects.
