| Because of the concept of “lifelong education” and “put forward type society” occur, and a lot of practice in open education gave birth to the idea of “open education” together. The emergence of the Internet has shortened the distance between people, makes the open education began to develop rapidly in the world and the idea gradually win support among the people, which gave birth to a variety of resources to support the development of Open Education.America Massachusetts Institute of Technology began to release their own curriculum resources to the network firstly for all the people in the world to learn freely. America Massachusetts Institute of Technology’(Massachusetts Institute of Technology, referred to as MIT) “open course project”(Open Course, referred to as OCW) caused great repercussions in the world. Our country also conform to the trend of the times and combine their actual timely put forward our project, the most influential is the plan of National Excellent Course’s construction which implemented in 2003 and the Ministry of education started the second round of undergraduate teaching project--The opening of National Elaborate Courses’ construction in 2011, the project conclude the construction of Excellent video open class and excellent resource sharing class. Before the construction of excellent video open class, we have the accumulation of the theory and practice of the construction of national excellent courses, but what the current situation of the construction of featured video open class? We can make nothing of it. Based on this, the author carried out the research. This research mainly through the following link to complete this study:Firstly, to know the present research situation of Excellent video open class of High Quality through the related literature. Based on the literature’s review the author can clarify the research emphases.The second is to do an objective survey of on-line courses. In order to complete the survey better, the author constructs the “standard” to evaluate the Excellent Video Open Class of High Quality. The “standard” is based on the related evaluation criteria and the existing research results,the “standard” is also developed based on consulting relevant experts. With the help of the standards statistics, the investigation, preliminary reflects the current existence of boutique video open class questions objectively.The Third is through the questionnaire and interviews to obtain relevant experts and learners’ information on appraise of Excellent Video Open Class of High Quality. The object of questionnaire is in undergraduate and graduate student of Educational Technical College in Northwest Normal University. Through the questionnaire survey, the author gets the learners’ information on learners’ learning motivation, prefer type of course, prefer curriculum of the existence, the main problems of curriculum. Through the questionnaire in the collation of information, the author get everyone’s appraise information to Excellent Video Open Class of High Quality from the perspective of learners.The forth,be based on existing research and objective investigation, the author summarizes 12 factors which influence the learner learn Excellent Video Open Class of High Quality, and combined with the former questionnaire to do a survey together. Then the use the data and SPSS16.0 to do the attribution study about Excellent Video Open Class. Factor analysis found that the main factors which affect the learners learn Excellent Video Open Class is: Curriculum resources, curriculum video quality, curriculum video content, course schedule and course video shooting rough.The fifth is based on the “standard”, the author can get a preliminary understanding of the current construction situation of excellent video open class and existing problems. Through the questionnaire survey to obtain the learners opinion to the Excellent Video Open Class and by means of factor analysis of SPSS16.0 do factor analysis which revel the factors that effects the learner learn Excellent Video Open Class. Based on the work of front,The author find the main factors which influence learners learn Excellent Video Open Class,they’re Curriculum resources is too single, the video camera video length of curriculum resources is not flexible, course video resource content does not constitute Science, Interactive communication poor play, Course instructor performance poor and Course video shooting not professional.Finally, the author of this study summarized and put forward the issues which need further study. The shortcoming of the study is that questionnaire distribution range is not big enough, expert opinion collection is not comprehensive. The innovation of this study is to explore the existence of Excellent Video Open Class problems by combining the objective and subjective. In order to obtain a more comprehensive scientific data information, in the follow-up the study should expand the range of ways to distribute the questionnaire. |
