Since the middle of 1990s,the occupational weariness of teachers has become aremarkable problem in the whole world education field.It has directly effected thedevelopment of students because obviously it has destroyed the physical and mentalhealth of teachers.It has reduced the efficiency of education and the stability ofteacher resource.The weariness phenomenon has blocked the development ofeducation .It is a big blow to those theachers who have much hope and spirit ofdevotion,now they have given up the career gradually.Primary school teacher in China is a very important part of the teacherreasources.Being the initiateon teachers in the formative education,they are undermore pressure. Meanwhile,they are facing the much spoiled students and their parentswho are lack of traditional culture, which always make the primary school teachersexhausted.It is far-reaching significance to help the primary school teachers avoid theoccupational weariness and balance their life and work well.Based on the Hierarchy of needs theory,Role conflict theory and Two-factortheory,this article analyzes the factors which effect the occupational weariness of theprimary school teachers in China and focus on the method to avoid and relieve theweariness.This research suggest the adjustment of teacher themselves is the firstaction.Teachers should change their minds and improve the ability to overcome theoccupational weariness. The second suggestion is the effecient support from educationdepartment and management.
