Rural Primary School Teachers' Job Burnout Causes And Countermeasures

Occupational weariness is a universally concerned problem in psychological field.It is also a serious problem worried in educational field.More and more statistics in China and in other countries prove that teachers are the people who easily have occupational weariness,which affect the health at both teachers and their students in aspects of body and mind.So it is significant to study occupational weariness.On the basis of document study,profound interviews and wide investigations,this research ,taking Liaoyang as an example,deeply studies the materials at 550 teachers from 63 country schools of 5 counties,especially 24 male and femal teachers are scientifically analyzed.Through the samples, occupational weariness of the teachers in country of Liaoyang is found out.The cause of occupational weariness is discouered and the counter-measures formed.The thesis is composed ofⅣparts:PartⅠ.The problem.PartⅡ.The plan and the proceis of the stuay.PartⅢ.The conclusion and analysis.PartⅣ.The suggestions and advice.
