Analysis On Employability Of Higher Vocational Education School Students

Higher vocational education, a main part of higher education, plays an important role in promoting the popularization of higher education and functions as the backbone in a nation's industrialization, socialization and modernization. Since the opening and reform policy has been carried out, the higher vocational education in China has made tremendous progress in cultivating a great number of high-quality talents applicable to the society's needs, increasing the labors' quality on a large scale and quickening the development of China's society and economy.Recently it is the most urgent problem for college student to find a job. Compared with college students and graduate students, high vocational students take a bigger pressure in obtaining employments. And which becomes the important and hard work of technical and vocational school.Vocational education should be primarily employment education, oriented by obtaining employment, that is, the main goals of running higher vocational schools and academies are to meet the society's need for professional talents and to realize graduates employment. Therefore, it's necessary to research and Study Employment Status Quo and problems for Graduates of Higher Vocational Schools and Academies.This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is an introduction section. This section introduces the research background of this paper, significance and research status. Chapter II of employment under the current actual characteristics of vocational college students, graduate students in vocational colleges described the composition of employability: basic capabilities, adaptive ability and creative ability. The forth part comprehensive analysis of the impact of the employability of vocational students in multi-level impact of the status quo.
