By the Central Committee of C.P.C. and the State Council. expresses in more details that we must focus on cultivating the students?creative~ mind and ~biJity and carry out the quality education without any hesitation. This started a new re抳olution in the education field. It can be said that the creatinc7 education has been the highlight of the international education system in the 2I~ century. the turning point of implementing the quality education and the great trend of the school education in the kno\% ledge economy times.
