Chinese teaching is different from the ordinary teaching. The ordinary teaching is enrolled in further learning as the guidance, but the teaching in vocational high school aims at employment as the guidance. Therefore, the language teaching should have"the individuality", that is the vocational characteristic. In this article ,the authour mainly discusses how the language teaching highlights its vocational characteristic, which causes the language education well servered for the students'employment . The author offers three chapters to discuss this topic. The first chapter mainly discusses three aspects to look at the research background of the topic, they are the significance, the rationale, the literature summary from topic research. Then from the employment need, the program stipulation as well as the language general character . The"individuality"limits the definition of the language teaching. The second chapter analyses the topic through questionnaire survey analysis, from the teaching goal generalization, the course content melts, teaching process pattern and the teaching appraisal simplification. These four points reflect the flaw performance of"individuality"and it is different from the ordinary teaching ,so the source quality drops down quickly. The supervision dynamics is insufficient, the inspiratiom of teaching and learning lacks"the individuality"and talks about the reasons of flaw. The third chapter offers countermeasures from three aspects: the transformation of teaching manner, the optimization of teaching link, the perfection of management system and proposes the teaching countermeasures, which have been mentioned about the vocational language teaching in the second chapter. |
