Characters And Establishment Of The New Teacher-Student Relationship In Creational Education

The relation of teacher and student is made of the relation of teaching and studying, society custom relation, motion relation, which is relational system. The relation of teacher and student in school influences directly the form of student' s creational quality. In our history ,most of the relation is disadvantageous to the form .At present, our relation of teacher and student has many defects in fostering student' s creational quality .In creational education, the relation of teacher and student should possess these characters as follows :equality, democracy, cooperation, understanding and trust. We should establish constructal, democratic, cooperational, understanding and trusting in order to foster the student' s creational quality. For this, teacher should establish right concept of teacher and student, and unify the function of teacher' s mainly leading and student' s intiative and so on.
