With our country entering WTO, our traditional pattern of education is subjected to more challenges. School education must be updated with the development of the world. School education shall become service trades. Teaching students in accordance of their aptitude, the creative education which fully developes students' personality has become our main rhythm of primary education reform in the 21th century .Based on the needs of the times, I combine several years" academic research and practical investigation, present the idea of flexibility teaching, and construct an flexibility model which is more useful for carrying out quality education and developing students" personality. The flexibility teaching model starts from students" old cognizance structures and difference of personality, in the basic direction of adjusting and polarizing class teaching, in the characteristic of multi-describing the question from multi-dimension, in the basic strategy of evaluating, controlling and boosting students" study, and in the goal of fully developing each student's creativeness and personality.This paper emphasizes the research in macroscopic, medcroscopic, and microscopic ways. It analyses the background and meaning of this projection in macroscopic way, constructs the theory frame of flexibility teaching model in medcroscopic way and presents practical research of physics education in microscopic way. It will be a theoretic and practical basic for further carrying out creative education in science teaching of middle schools.
