With the increasing desire for the reform in the new criterion of teaching, the traditional teaching system has met a big challenge. The education in the school must be in close connection with the development of the world, and students'-centered and carried out according to the differences among the students, which has already become the main trend of teaching reform in the 21~st century.Based on the needs of present times and practice, we will talk about a new teaching theory—the flexibility teaching model and how to build the model to form a better teaching system which is easy to operate for education of all-round development. The guideline of the flexibility teaching model is that learning and teaching can be developed harmoniously, and student-centered in order to provide a wide space to cultivate students' personality. The flexibility teaching model focus on the flexibility and multi-interaction. It focus on the practical operation of the learning process, and encourage the students grasp the new knowledge through the practice and comprehension. On the basis of the guideline of the teaching model, the students can choose their homework according to their own wishes, which focus on the inner needs of different students and show the respect and concerns to the students. The flexibility teaching model start from the basis that it should provide the students the chance to experience the pleasure of success, and to change their attitude to study -from the resistant to enjoying the pleasure of study.There are some people who has already made a study on the subject. But the model is just carried out vertically, that is to say, to give different students different duties and achieve different development. In this paper, I make a further study on the subject to develop it in parallel. To make every student experience the success and build up self—confidence, I divide the content of teaching into different types and each type will be finished by different student who is an expert on it.
