The "Two Courses" [the Course of Marxism and the course of Ideology and Morality] is the major channel and the major field of Ideology and Polities Education in Colleges /University. It is a systematic project. Whether it can function well and develop coordinating is subject to the influence of the conductions of its components and its rotations with other systems. To view the "Two Courses" Education in Tibetan Colleges/Universities under systematic tactics will contribute to the effectiveness of the "Two Courses" Education in Tibet as a whole. By studying the Systematic composition and the dynamic and mutually influential relations between systems of the "Two Courses" Education in Tibetan. Colleges/Universities and by the use of systematic theories and the baste theories of Pedagogy in ideology and politics education, this thesis aims to promote the malign development of the "Two Courses" Education in Tibet, which will then worth for the steady development of Tibetan canonry and for the permanent peace and stability of Tibet. The thesis is made up of the following three parts:Part I : An Introduction: A Systematic View of the "Two Courses" Education In Colleges/Universities. This part gives a brief account of the meaning, the systematically of the content, the procedures and the circumstance of the "Two courses" Education, as well as of the interrelation ship between them. It approaches the significance of the "Two Courses" education in Tibetan Colleges/Universities a systematic point of view.Part II : A Systematic view of the "Two Courses" Education in Tibetan Colleges/Universities. Firstly under the guidance of systematic theories, this partproposes that Marxist theories and the pedagogical laws of ideology and Polities teaching are the theoretical basis for the study of the recitation of the Tibetan inaction of the "Two Courses" education as a systematize project in Tibet. Finally, it analyzes the influence of the "Two Courses" Education in Tibetan CollegesAJniversities on the Tibetan society, from a systematic point of view.Part III: The Systematization of the "Two Courses" Education in Tibetan High Schools. Based on the fact that if we keep the system in order, it will exert a dynamic influence on the functions of the system as a whole, this part puts forward the basic principles and the major channels to realize the systematization of the "Two Courses" education in Tibetan CollegesAJniversities.
