The paper consists of six sections: the concept and the structure of learning strategy and learning strategy of PE, the formation and developing process of learning strategy of PE, the teaching of learning strategy of PE, the ways to improve the standard of learning strategy of PE, the guide to the teaching of learning methods and learning strategy, the construction of the setup of learning strategy of PE.
