The reformation of curriculum focuses on the complete development of students , improving the scientific quality of whole students and developing students' practice ability and creative ability .it has changed the old teaching approach which is in the form of subject knowledge ,on the contrary ,it aims at organizing teaching according to the law of students awareness. As a result, physics teaching calls for vivid and scientific teaching strategy.Exploring teaching stresses the process of students 'obtaining knowledge which allows students to change into active learners instead of passive learners. It is the basic and scientific teaching approach that will help students to get and deal with different knowledge. as for its aim , it is not only for testing scientific theory and developing experimental skills but also for enabling students to form exploring ability while learning.Writer tries to carry out the study of exploring teaching ,hoping to increase students' interest ,and develop students' awareness and ability of taking exploring learning, and in the end to improve their performance. The study is carried out by means of experiment ,strictly collecting data ,recording ,designing the test of interest level, with the tool of students' score. It focuses on the difference between the exploring teaching and traditional teaching in physics education .
