Research On The Training Strategy Of The Enterprises Spirit Of Vocational High School Students

The training of the enterprise spirit of vocational high school students consists of correct enterprise consciousness and well-formed enterprise psychological quality. The aim of it is to help the students build up enterprising personality through series of practice.The author makes up a questionnaire for over 600 students with 8 different majors in 6 vocational high students in Chongqing. Based on it, the author analyces the present situation of the students' needs, interests, affections in enterprising activities, and finds out the weaknesses in their enterprise spirit and makes an analysis on the reasons.In the paper, the author expatiates the leading principles and notions in making enterprise spirit training strategy and brings forward the strategies as follows: changing the traditional notions in job-taking; stimulating high motivations, building up enterprising consciousness; cultivating affections and perseverance; carrying out series of practical performances.The research puts emphasis on the efficiency of enterprise education to enable the vocational high school students to form the personality of confidence and independence in their enterprising process.
