Based on the investigation of the theory analysis and research development of concept and physics concept, the paper advances the research problems on the analysis and study on the present situation and influent factors of construction of mechanics concepts of students. The paper tested 151 middle school students with Force Concept Inventory and draws the conclusions with statistic tools. First, the level of construction of mechanics concepts of common middle school students is low, and these students do not really understand the basic Newtonian Concepts, which is accordant to the conclusion of related domestic and overseas researches. Second, the levels of construction of mechanics concepts of the students from different grades and of different sexes have significant difference, but the interaction of grade and sex is insignificant, which is to say that the level of high school students is higher than that of junior school students, and the level of boys is higher than girls. Third, common sense beliefs and ill-structured concepts are thought as the important influent factors to the construction of mechanics concepts of middle school students. The influence of common sense beliefs to it includes assimilation, accommodation and negative thinking direction. And finally., the common sense beliefs are affected by core beliefs within a certain range.
